I am telling you, the number of ticket sales studios probably lose by people misunderstanding when they put this in their trailers can't be insignificant.

"Only in theaters" is absolutely hilarious in the modern day. I know it's a marketing thing, but in the 90's you would actually be waiting a SUBSTAINIAL amount of time between the box office and a VHS release, so you had a strong reason to go see a movie.

"Coming to theaters near you" actually coming to theaters elsewhere as well.

That "only in theaters" bit is so dumb. As a young child, I legitimately thought it meant the only way I'd be able to see that movie was in the theaters, when that's not the case at all, LMAO.
