After each gunfight, you have to fill out paperwork and go to HR-mandated therapy. There are also bonus levels where you have to spend time with your family without letting the PTSD bar max out and cause you to lash out at them.

I looooooved the paper work mini game! Almost as good as the fishing mini game!

This reminds me of SWAT 4 and I wish the genre would come back
