Simon being a whip wielding Paladin makes a lot of sense. He could have Oath of Vengeance for optimum evil killing. Dracula on the other hand is clearly some mix of Necromancy and maybe some Fiend Pact Warlock with a sprinkle of Bhaalspawn.
