It is, though. When I was playing PS3 games in High School, we called the SNES retro. It came out in 1990. 16 years before the PS3. 2006 was 17 years ago. We are now further from the PS3 than the PS3 was from the SNES.

It took me about 45 minutes to start reading this article because I strained my back getting up from my lazy chair and had to walk all the way across the room to get my glasses. Almost fell and broke my hip in the process. But omg the ps3 isn’t retro!

the last truly original console. they just don't put mainframe processors in consoles like they used to and all the generations blend together nowadays.
