this got me fucked up

I remember playing Assassin's Creed 2 in the living room and my mom watching me play because she loves Florence and Venice's architecture (I had already finished the game and was only doing the side missions, so she didn't see me kill anyone)

I was playing Folklore for the PS3 and my visiting aunt walked in and started asking me all about it. I had very little to say.

so do all dads do this? is this just a universal dad experience??

Me playing Sonic Adventure 2 with my dad in the room, watching him progressively squint harder at the TV screen while saying nothing, until the game ended and the credits rolled. He stood up from his chair, said “well I don’t think he deserved all that…” and walked away.

My dad one watched me play Pokemon XD on the GameCube until one of my Pokemon evolved and he just looked at me and said "it didn't evolve, that was intelligent design" then walked out of the room

I remember playing legends arceus and my dad walked in and asked "oh what's she doing" and I replied "catching pokemon" and he just stood there for like 5 minutes watching

My uncle did this with TOTK

And he leaves as soon as you die, or if you're playing a racing game and crash the car
