rocket: robot on wheels has a section of the game where you have to build a roller coaster to collect stuff and i remember wasting hours building stupid designs because it was so well done

Fake. You mention the Cruise Ship level when talking about Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 but that level was exclusive to the next gen versions and wasn't on the PS1/N64 version.
