This feels like it was written by someone who got feed up with people telling them to switch to Linux, but still doesn't know anything about Linux.

I don't know if the replies are humorous or actual Linux users who got offended and decided to prove this article's point xD

Microsoft has gotten real nasty with coercing users to link their Microsoft accounts to Windows. Lately, delaying login to "finish setting up" with "remind me in 3 days" the only dismissal. Microsoft can delete an online account for any reason, that means losing local user access

Ever since I switched to Linux I've had far less problems than any of the Windows OSes I've ever used. I'm probably never going back
