This looks like a "The Onion" headline.

I've played several games in the series and it is just the definition of a "meh" series to me. If it didn't have a couple of cute female character designs I wonder if it would have any popularity at all. People that obsess over it should try literally any other platformer.

To be fair it pretty fun game series haha. Played some of them and I say it was pretty well made.

I mean, I like Shantae too She introduced me to two series that are infinitely better
