In the recent leak of the Mario Kart 8 Prototype for the Switch there is an unused Texture sheet in the files called Waluigi_d.png containing what seems to be an unused never before seen texture that shows him beeing circumcised, it appears there were plans for him to be 1/2

Could explain why in mk8 he's the same weight class as Kong and Roy

Why he being uncircumcised arises questionability? Shouldn't be asking why would someone "be" circumcised?
