In all of the footage Kyle is trying to run away before he shoots. As for the people he shot, one had literally gotten out of jail that day for paedophilla and is on camera repeatedly saying to Kyle "shoot me n word" the other was a domestic abuser...

This is hilarious, mostly because it says "fleeing innocent protesters" even though the people who were shot were the ones attacking him.

Kinda weird the survivors got the ability to wield weapons at the same time but very appropriate. Probably the most moral out of all the DBD killers
