I have a stack of two under my TV. One for the Wii one for the Wii U (since they're powered by the console and it needs to be turned on, it proved more practical than using a single sensor bar for both).

They clearly didn't attach it correctly. Correct method is to use the sticky pads to stack it on top of the wii u sensor bar
