I feel difficulty levels are kinda arbitrary something nice about fromsoft games is the fights never feel as long or tedious than what some games call hard mode which is really just prolonging the fight, I also feel that the movesets in them aren't as repeated throughout fights

No, accessibility options such as color blindness, control changes, subtitles, and many more that I can't list should be the standard for triple A and all games as a whole

All games are easy. People tell me their game is hard. Please RagSalesman, they say, please play our hard game. I play their game and I find no challenge and I tell them so, and they weep because they knew going in that they couldn't conceive of a challenge for something like me.

No, but accessibility options are always welcome. Make the game you want to make, but make sure everyone can at least play it. Whether or not they want to overcome the challenges is on them

People who say no are more than likely fromsoftware elitists or they're really sick of the over abundance of cheats that come packaged with the recent Sony titles.

I feel like it should depend on the type of game you're going for
