Easy mode is like gay marriage. Even though it doesn’t impact other people there will still be those proclaiming it’s wrong and it devalues their achievements.

Not an easy mode, but an accessibility mode should be mandatory.

Every game should have mod support so people can add an easy mode mod, a unfairly hard mode mod, a nude mod and, and I might get hate for this: maybe even a mod that puts shoes on all the weird bare feet in FromSoft games.

No. Developers should be allowed to create their game as difficult as they want it to be. When it has an easy mode: good, more people can enjoy it. When it doesn't have an easy mode: good as well, it displays a challenge not to master by everyone.

Games should be what the Devs are wanting it to be and consumers should enjoy it or move on honestly. This mentality that you are special and you should be catered to is old.

I think every game, including FromSoft games should be accessible. We should be able to play every game and fully enjoy its experience, without being 'gatekept'. Having a variety of difficulty modes means more people can play!

let developers make the game they want to make, and leave it up to the buyer to decide if it's what they want. Complete developer freedom, they make it as hard or easy as they want.

Video game genres are as diverse as film. You wouldn't say "Everyone should be able to enjoy all kinds of movies, so horror films should have a "not scary" cut for people who just want "story" but not the horror" would you?

I don't see why not 🤷 Do you suddenly get less enjoyment outta your game because someone else got through on an easier difficulty? As long as it's optional, no one cares but weirdo turbovirgins. Also, accesibility settings for those who need it is always rad. Do more of that.

No, definitely no. Every game is not for everyone. If you want to play a game that is hard, you should learn to play it.
