I'm surprised the article didn't 404, but I guess that would have been too abstract

Main thing I've actually noticed was that the balancing was definitely a bit better, even though stuff like Roadhog will always be nearly impossible to kill by yourself. Graphics and animations look better too but that should be expected. Everything else has felt like a downgrade
