I want to see this cast, but Chris Pratt is replaced with Mario’s in-game voice actor and his lines are only things he says in-game. Like “wahoo”, “let’s go”, “mamma mia”, “ouch”, etc.

We've literally heard 2 lines of him speaking. This might be an early version.

Literally everyone who has ever seen Chris Pratt in anything. Dude has one mode, and that is "Chris Pratt acting like Chris Pratt". He's like The Rock in that sense... but without the charisma... or likeability.

That's why it was a secret. Dude sounded like he thought he was doing the LEGO Movie 3.

Actually, if you listen closely at the end, he does speak an italian accent

Of the 2 lines he says there's kind of a Brooklyn vibe to when he says "EYYY MUSHROOM KINGDOM IM WALKIN THERE" it's really subtle though. Really a testament to his talent as a voice actor

to be fair, he had less lines in that trailer than there are in most cutscenes in hotel mario, but nonetheless i'm not particularly hopeful
