Was expecting a serious article, got banger one instead! As someone who likes to smoke when playing, depending on the game, I know I do get worse, like if I play a turn-base game and tell myself I'll do something next turn, I will 75% of the time, forget to do it the next turn

All depends on how high you are really. If you're flying around Pluto, then no - you're gonna suck at whatever you're playing because you're too distracted by existentialistic thoughts. And food. But a light buzz kinda does help focus you, at least it does for me.
