The worst playable ads are the Royal Match ones where they only let you tap three times. You can't finish the shitty minigame because it won't let you interact with it and then acts like it's your fault you lost.

This reminds me of a GDC talk I once watched where a dev team made an AI that produced randomly generated slot machines, and the ads in their games had like a 90% click-through rate because their slots games were so bad.
