Honestly the ending is great because we get the full Anderson monologue where he goes from talking to Shepard about how he wish he had kids and never had a family to calling Shepard “son” and it feels so natural and fitting.

The twist is that’s the ending of the player’s life.

But then it'd just be "M Effect". And at that point it may as well be "T Effect" or "E Effect".

I got that ending in ME2 cause I didn't like any of the characters.

I did 2/3 wothout having sex. Only because they didn't M!Shep bone Kaiden until ME3 though

I love this cutscene in ME3 that happens when you don't romance anyone. It just repeatedly focuses on Shep's empty bed lmao.
