In the Prose Edda from the 13th century, Thor's father was stated to be Memnon, a king of Etheopia (Memnon also fought in the Trojan war of Greek myth). Admittedly the writer Snori is treated as a secondary source but the Prose Edda is considered one of the most complete accounts

The funniest part is that a dark skinned Angrboda isn't even inaccurate since her physical appearance was never described in Norse mythology. Even artists back in 1905 drew her with dark skin and hair.
