I went through messaging with their cust service yesterday to let them know how bad the app is on PS4 and couldn’t watch it there. They told me to contact my IP for faster rates I let them know Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime all provide better quality video with less bandwidth

It's so bad, but Peacock failing constantly has made me appreciate the 20-min-at-a-time I can watch HBO Max.

Other than the actual content, it is by far the worst streaming service to navigate and use. Absolutely horrid.

The problem that I have the most is that the app through my xfinity blocks will will not let me remove remove certain shows from my list and instead forces me to restart the app Yet specifically Adventure Time distant lands and Adventure Time together again

Whenever mine worked, it constantly had audio description turned on and no way to turn it off.
