The MC starts with like a desert eagle or something, then as the game progresses the guns just get bigger and bigger till they're lugging around guns that normally are carried on ships.

I think its absolutely disgusting how all the board members and stock holders get all the money, while developers literally live in their desk space during crunch and can't afford to pay rent...but that gun game some mighty awesome.
