I say this about the original guildwars a lot. I have a lot of nostalgia for that game and building a guild with my highschool buddies and our collective extended gaming friendships. The game itself was quite good too in my opinion.

This is me except it’s RPGs in general and the game is Dragon Age Origins

genshin impact just isn’t the same

I know is satire, but BotW really ruined a lot of open world games for me, starting with Skyrim and the first Witcher. Black flag was unique enough to not bother me <3

Can I ask a genuine question? What makes BotW open world good? I played and beat the game and the entire world just felt empty and big for big sake. "You can go anywhere." Yeah and find a whole lot of nothing.

This is me, but not in a positive way. Botw was my first open world game, and it kinda soured the genre for me.
