Sakurai always loves to innovate new gimmicks to each new fighter. And I think that Cinderace with its soccer/football skills, I believe that Sakurai would implement more foot mechanics in its moveset.
How about a Galar Pokemon Trainer, with Scorbunny, Drizzile and Rillaboom? It'd be like Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard, only different, and weaker to the three respective Kanto starters.
