Wrong. No matter how poorly reviewed it is, Street Fighter-branded anything never sucks. Even the Kristen Kreuk movie had a certain charm to it.

I was in Guatemala a few years ago and this one bar had a single, dusty old arcade cabinet. This was in the middle of nowhere, these people had nothing out there. And I felt extra bad because the cabinet was Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game.
