But why are they angry?
If a gaming company gets literally millions of complaints, threats and whatnot, there's a 99% chance they royally screwed up something, or several somethings. The less antagonistic towards the people who buy your products, the less hate you'll get. It's not rocket science.
Take Gillete for example. They have absolutely no relationship whatsoever to games or the videogame world, and yet they managed to antagonize their customer base so much with those ads that they felt real impact later, both on social media and in their pockets.
