What do IT guys even do? I have never talked them and fixed all the problems my self and told them not to touch the workstations after i was done customizing them

The funniest part to me is I work IT and my immediate reaction was "fuck that, why would you come in with a broken mouse? What am I supposed to do? Fix it with my magic wand? It's fucking broken, buy a new one so I can work on actual problems!"

i really wish people would tell me when they have small troubles INSTEAD OF HAVING TO FIND OUT WHEN IT HAS SNOWBALLED SO MUCH THAT ITU BECOMES AN ACTUAL CRISIS, also people, for fucks sake, turn off your machines and et that goddamn update go through, it takes longer later...
