You can, but you can't remove Garbodor.

Trubbish/Garbodor is a useful way to teach Recycle to a Smeargle for SOS chaining in Sun and Moon. Of course now that I have a Smeargle with Recycle I won’t necessarily need that Trubbish again. Others learn it but usually at higher levels.

Do we really need all the different fish Pokémon? Corsola, Qwilfish, Alomamola, Basculin, Finneon, etc?
