You might like a game for a long time & get burned out due to the state of affairs - especially if it’s an MMO. I’ve probably got more hours in Vindictus & wouldn’t reccomend it - great game, horrific monetisation & publisher, toxic community. Eventually you can’t take it.

LOL, I know this is a joke, but this was literally my experience with Fallout 4. I heard the game was getting mixed reviews, so I went to Steam to see what was up. The top negative review said, "can’t recommend this, it’s not worth your time”…and they had over 300 hours logged.

Still perfectly reasonable, and doubly so in an era where games have such extended patch cycles and can take so many turns for the worse.
