First of all, he's pulling out a gun to SHOOT SUPERMAN. As in dude who chews up bullets for breakfast. Even Batman and other heroes without superpowers akin to Supe's indestructibility have defenses against bullets.

Second, I heard Injustice's story revolves around some BS about magic pills that give all of the heroes who take them Supe's durability or something like that. Of course a bullet isn't going to work.

Third, the point of fighting games is to have characters fight, as in "martial arts". Characters who usually pull out guns in fighting games usually use them for "hadoken" style special moves.

They may have nerfed Joker, but him shooting a dude and doing as much damage as a punch to the face is proper for weird bs in fighting games in general. "Hey, that guy got stabbed with a sword but he's fine." "Why? Bs fighting game Magic!"

Guns in fighters have always been trash. If you want realistic guns, play Call of Duty. The rest of us will take the game's "realism" with a grain of salt. I mean, come on, it's a game about a dude who talks to fish and a dude who dresses up like a bat, how realistic should it be
