Probably a good time to re-up my bipartisan Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act. The bill asserts that blockchain entities that never custody consumer funds are not money transmitters… providing necessary legal certainty to ensure the future of crypto reflects American values.

When investors everywhere in the U.S. are BEGGING the courts to stop the SEC from protecting us, you have got to know something is seriously wrong with everything the SEC is doing.

SEC's rejection of GBTC's conversion into a Spot BTC ETF is proof that any & every crypto that would attempt to register with the SEC to be under their regulatory guidance would be wasting their time. SEC has zero credibility & ONLY wants to hurt crypto investors.

How is CFTC going to stop manipulation & fraud in pricing of Spot BTC to make it justifiable that Futures BTC ETFs were approved over Spot BTC ETFs? Even if CFTC could identify the fraud, why couldn't they report it to SEC to safeguard a Spot BTC ETF like the Futures ETF? $GBTC

Gensler helped his MIT buddies steal millions at FTX, & blocking GBTC conversion into a Spot BTC ETF was part of the plan. He wanted to drive investors to MicroStrategy too, another MIT grad. Caroline, SBF, & Saylor all were MIT grads.

Watching multiple Senate and Congressional Hearings on #cryptocurrency, It appears there are 2 types of politicians 1: Associates crypto with #Bitcoin and has a Negative overall view of the entire industry 2: Has learned about #Ethereum and has a Positive view. Sees Innovation
Sounds great, is there a catch?
