My office has received numerous tips from crypto and blockchain firms that SEC Chair @GaryGensler’s information reporting “requests” to the crypto community are overburdensome, don’t feel particularly… voluntary… and are stifling innovation.

The question is why is he not only SILENT on any kind of fraud/theft and even meeting with the individuals and supporting them which resulted in hundreds of billions of loss for investors while moving on to enforce non fraud cases. AND WHY IS CONGRESS STILL NOT INVESTIGATING YET?
