Chair Gensler’s regime at the SEC has been characterized by regulatory hypocrisy and inconsistency. Unacceptable that @GaryGensler doesn’t hold himself to the same transparency standards that he places on the private sector.

Even if they bothered to provide transparent clarity they are completely fucking wrong about what a security is anyway so it would not even matter. Imagine working at the SEC and not even understanding what securities actually are.
