Chair Gensler’s regime at the SEC has been characterized by regulatory hypocrisy and inconsistency. Unacceptable that @GaryGensler doesn’t hold himself to the same transparency standards that he places on the private sector.

SEC Chair is bringing a court case to say an actual object is a security. That's so improbable that it's confuses veteran attorneys. With a ruling in favor of the SEC, @RepTomEmmer, your car would be a security. We the People need protection from the SEC's overreach.
