1/2 Does Congress not find it absurd that the very people Gensler claims the SEC is protecting are part of a 70k + strong suit against the SEC? He and his agency won’t engage with us. Ask him how much tax payer’s $$ is being spent for this ripple lawsuit.

2/2 the real question is “if you do not ask the people, but yet you still make a decision on their behalf then you’re really doing this for other parties and using the people’s /tax payers money to fund it - who is he really representing???”.
