Food prices spiked 11.4% -- the largest one-year increase since May 1979. As Democrats celebrate their inflationary policies, @HouseGOP are ready and committed to cutting wasteful spending and restoring fiscal sanity.
Exactly four weeks ago, I signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law. So today, we're celebrating. Tune in at 3 PM ET as I deliver remarks and welcome the leaders and advocates who made it happen to the People's House.

fortune.com/2022/09/09/bank-… Not easy to get an economy back on track after a pandemic. Thanks, Biden, for actually caring and actually trying. It's so much better than the GOP that promises to "fix" the nonexistent problems they invent to hide the fact that they attempted a coup
Bullshit tom The GOP is not ready
Why do Republicans only care about fiscal responsibility when Democrats are in power? The debt has risen consistently under both parties. You blame today's problems on a Biden policy that hasn't been implemented yet. That's just hypocrisy!
Everything I purchased today has gone up 5% since last week. Groceries, fast food, convenience store and restaurants.
And the huge food chains are making record profits here in 🇨🇦🤷‍♂️
Then why wasn't any of that done when Republicans held all three branches of government? Serious question from a republican voter.
Mmmm hmmmmm. Show us what you got there, big boi.
