Under Chair Gensler, the SEC has become a power-hungry regulator, politicizing enforcement, baiting companies to “come in and talk” to the Commission, then hitting them with enforcement actions, discouraging good-faith cooperation.

I am disappointed that you didn’t correct Brad Sherman when he called XRP a security. At the very least, you could have just said that the status of XRP is being litigated in the courts. Just because the SEC says XRP is a security, does not make it a security.
