If you...Congress can't reign agency's in, who can? For a powerless citizen like myself, who has been trained to believe you inform your representative only to find out agency's we're setup to be beyond Congress, what am I to do? I've sent multiple letters to my reps, etc.

Mr Emmer. Had the SEC set out clear guidance which is there job. Many billions of dollars would not have been scammed from retail in this last week. Instead we get regulation by enforcement and picking winners by the government. Clearly trying to crush the retail this way
