Perhaps the wrong person is in charge of the SEC. Perhaps there is shenanigans of epic proportions being covered for, by ex leaders of the SEC. Perhaps, oversight of SEC should ask some hard questions about why ETH and BTC we're given a pass, but not Ripple?

If the “clarity,” in the crypto space is so “clear,” according to @GaryGensler and the @SECGov then it would not have a need to hire more to enforce the rules.
I lost a lot of respect for MIT knowing this clown taught class on blockchain technology.
