.@GaryGensler, I’m still waiting on your response to our Nov. 3 letter asking you to make sense of why Bitcoin futures ETFs are allowed to trade but not Bitcoin spot ETFs.

Because Old Gary is trying to help the Wall Street middlemen squeeze as much rents as they can on futures products. Spot ETFs are not that profitable and they’d help the average investor, so he’s not gonna help

Honorable Representative Emmer, @GaryGensler is to busy making videos telling us to beware of #bitcoins volitility. The futures ETF would normally be used as a hedge for existing holders and without offsetting spot ETF would drive Bitcoin price down. Gensler knows this.

He can't give any kind of clarity because his predecessors broke the Law. Its time to contact the @TheJusticeDept Ask some tough questions. Only people who got Clarity was ETH founders admitted on camera. Even Congress can't get Clarity. Clayton Hinman got Millions. 🤷‍♂️

Respectfully, Sir: Hasn't he already proven that he doesn't answer to congress? There's obviously a "higher" agenda going on here, and the SEC is above your laws.
