The SEC doesn’t have to answer to anyone as has been illustrated over the past year; not congress, not the investors they’re supposed to protect, not the judge in a court case. No one except JPM because they … well you know the reason.

Tom I don’t think Gare Bear answers to you or anyone in congress.. you have a better chance of him answering to JPmorgan, Goldman Sachs, Eth foundation, etc..

How is this “public servant” not held accountable for his actions? He has not answered any questions clearly, and continues to be the least transparent govt official. Get him out of office if he cannot do his job and answer simple questions!

All I see is lots of talk and NO ACTION Tell us Tom, what are you going to do about it? NOTHING You can be lied to all day every day but no one is ever held accountable for their actions. Until you fix that, and hold these people accountable, you have no power.
