I think everyone can agree that @BrianBrooksUS looked like a rockstar out there today. He should be the one in charge of regulatory framework for the United stated! Much respect!

1/2 Seems like the "ABC" agencies all use it as a tool as well and some like the SEC use it at a platform to steal from public investors and blackmail crypto co.'s, i.e. The Ripple vs Sec case going on right now. SEC says, "Come in we want to help you resolve this problem."

🙏 thank you. Congress has incentive to create new laws…if certain elected officials fail to act we’ll vote for the others who will!

We know, retail investors like myself just want to be treated equally in the investor game. I’m very glad that the XRPL Decentralized exchange exists. I have no problems making any trades, but the government is taking out the centralized operations bc they are how we cash out.

I'm sure the founding fathers never imagined an administrative agency defining legislation through enforcement actions (@SECGov). Time to replace the Howey test with an actual law, Congress. A better metaphor is the US' lack of regulatory framework for aviation in the 1920s.
