Would also love for tax laws to be updated. Technology is evolving, the law needs to as well:
I think it needs to be recognized that cryptocurrencies cannot simply be classified as a currency, or a security, or a commodity etc. A cryptocurrency can be all of these things...and what it is at a given moment is dependent on the type of transaction.

What a sensible way in finding a forward path for Cryptocurrency . My fear is that @GaryGensler and the @SECGov care more about their friends on Wall Street than the do about everyday retail investors. Please prove me wrong @GaryGensler....
