That might be a tough one. We no longer have any of the original audio team from those days still here, who would have those kind of details. Still, we'll see what we can do.
We are all looking forward to that magical future date when we can finally share more info on the next Saints Row, but unfortunately that's not going to be today. We do think the wait will be worth it though!
We aren't involved with the Switch ports, which are developed by Deep Silver Fishlabs. It's our understanding that the new patch for SR3 adding gyro support should be releasing close to the release of SR4 Switch (~March 27.) For updates, we would suggest following @saintsrow

Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not really the way it works with licensed music in our games. It's less about licensing individual songs (unless specifically needed for a mission moment), and more about an external agency and a deal with a label/pool of music to choose.
