The only source code that was ever lost was the Saints Row 2 PC source since it was outsourced to another studio, which we finally found last October.

You could try fix #2 in case it's trying to hit the old My Steelport servers and possibly causing that:

It's a small team and a lot of work that's being done off hours. It's why we didn't announce a release date. We appreciate everyone's patience while we continue to make it the best it can be.
