Considering we still had to test the whole crit path, even in a speed run, we did not try to do skips or exploits on a mission. I usually did a very minimum of upgrading if I remember right, because pistol or shotgun was enough to power through the game.
We spoke with Chris Dubois, our QA tester who was listed in the Prima strategy guide with having the best time of 4 hours 10 min. After publication, Chris was able to get it down further still to under 4 hours, but doesn't remember the exact time offhand.

We would love to see that too, but unfortunately we no longer own the rights to The Punisher game.
