From our AOM IP bible, Red Card is not one of the original creators of Butterfly Princess, but rather a superfan. The quote is referring to "Red Cinammon Fire" a non-canon fanfic character that he created.
Really depends on who is still here and available. We'll certainly take it into consideration for a future stream.

We didn't. That was a publisher decision and the port is being worked on by the great team over @DSFishlabs while we work on our new game.

We certainly don't mind, nor do we police these kind of things. You may want to ask Valve though. Using alternate methods to get achievements may potentially violate the Steam TOS.
