While we created the original game, we aren't involved with the Switch port which was done by Fishlabs. Your best bet would be to contact support: support.deepsilver.com/
@Sperasoft is doing the SR3 remaster.

Thanks for the offer, but we use an external agency for all of our voice acting needs. Our Audio Engineer Larry Gates does have some good advice for up and coming voice actors that may be helpful though: volition.tumblr.com/post/115…
