No, the publisher makes those decisions if they feel it would sell enough to be worth outsourcing to another studio.

We are not involved with ports or remasters of our older titles.
Not our call.

We focus on new content and are not involved with either the decision or work on ports or remasters of our older titles.

We appreciate the sign of respect with "Mr" but that's still not going to change our answer.

Okay, you seem like someone that we can implicitly trust with sensitive information about our new game. Information that Marketing has strict control over its timing, and would likely smash our kneecaps over it. Hmm... wait... nah.

It would be amazing if we lived in a world where Agents of Mayhem was a critical and commercial success to actually consider delivering a sequel, but alas. Always nice to hear from a fan of the game though!

No need to be embarrassed. We know this stuff can be confusing and we just hope to educate our players about how it all works.

I wouldn't trust us. We are probably up to something.

Also, we have no control at all over what platforms or sales our games are on. Those are decisions at the publisher level and not the studio.

This is kind of messy but hopefully we can explain it clearly. THQ Nordic GmbH is a publisher under the Embracer group (formerly THQ Nordic AB.) They do not publish our games, Deep Silver does. So DS games like SR would not be in any THQ sale.

That would be me @IdolNinja running Volition social. Everyone who knows me, has to know that Saints Row 2 has always been my favorite released SR game.

We have nothing to do with ports or remasters of our older games. Also, why would you think a remaster would need a writer if nothing had actually changed outside of visuals?

High Voltage developed Gat out of Hell. We have not patched Saints Row IV in quite some time, and do not plan to do so in the future.
