Does your password have special characters in it? The in-game text entry field will only accept letters and numbers.

Thanks for quick reply, newly reset PW only has lowercase letters and numbers (10 characters). I remembered to keep it simple!

Are there problems logging into both saintsrow.com and in-game, or just in-game?
