Save data to show your boss in the Gat cutscenes would transfer, as long as it is across the same platform.

So that means I can use my character in the expansion as long as I have saved data for SR IV: Re-Elected on PS4?

In Gat out of Hell you play as Gat or Kinzie. Your customized SR4 boss only appears in cutscenes
